Paz Gómez

Market Analyst

Paz Gómez is an Econ Americas analyst and a widely published economic commentator. Based in Quito, she leads the firm’s office in Ecuador. She holds an MS in digital currency and blockchain from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus, and a BA in international relations and political science from San Francisco University of Quito. Andrés Sebastián Díaz is Econ Americas’ media producer. He is the founder of Libertario, a Spanish-speaking community that promotes the ideas of liberty in Latin America, and a collaborator with the Ecuadorian liberal think tank Libre Razón. Mauro Echeverría is Econ Americas’ deputy editor. He holds a BA in international relations with minors in political science and anthropology from the San Francisco University of Quito. Mauro leads the research on local economic development at the Ecuadorian think tank Libre Razón.
